Meet the future of wheel manufacturing. We build the Fusion Forged wheels from a highly engineered, state-of-the-art process called FUSION FORGING. The wheel’s 6061-T6 forged aluminum barrel is tightly clamped to a cast face. Then, the barrel and face are fused together using a unique welding process from precision tooling. The Fusion Forged manufacturing process produces high-quality welds free of porosity, solidification cracks, and defects.
